Synopsis:
Once the solar flare magma is averted, the Defense Secretary believes the danger gone and orders Michael secretly arrested and tortured so his high frequency destroyer can be seized. While the president declares on TV the emergency is expiring, the White House is destroyed by a first wave of seismic shocks. Michael's theory is soon confirmed: the earth's core stopped spinning due to the magna's gravitational pull, which means the planet is likely to be torn apart. After Tim helps him escape, he comes up with a daring remedy, after the army's neutron bombardment fails utterly.
